A secret\u00e1ria de Urbanismo, Ana Cristina Machado, abriu oficialmente o evento, que tamb\u00e9m contou com a presen\u00e7a do presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, Everton Ferreira, dos vereadores Mara Isa Mattos Silveira, Isabelly Carvalho e Elias Barbosa, e do secret\u00e1rio de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social, Bruno Cunha. \u201c\u00c9 um momento importante para ouvirmos a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre as potencialidades da cidade, os problemas enfrentados e as poss\u00edveis solu\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, ressaltou Ana Cristina.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Na sequ\u00eancia,<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a arquiteta <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sandra Mayumi Nakamura <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">fez uma <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">explana\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o prop\u00f3sito do Plano Diretor, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">no sentido de constituir-se em <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ferramenta <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">para<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> orienta<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">r<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> o desenvolvimento e o crescimento da cidade. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sandra falou em nome da <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tese Tecnologia, Arquitetura, Urbanismo e Cultura \u2013 empresa contratada pela Prefeitura de Limeira para auxiliar o munic\u00edpio na Revis\u00e3o do Plano Diretor<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O p\u00fablico, ent\u00e3o, foi dividido em quatro grupos. Cada um analisou a cidade de acordo com os seguintes par\u00e2metros: condicionantes (elementos que n\u00e3o podem ser alterados), defici\u00eancias, potencialidades e propostas.
